In 2015, he implemented the Enhanced Recovery after Surgery (ERAS) Pathway for colorectal bowel resections at Lakeshore. He also developed and led a new Digestion and Metabolism curriculum for first-year medical students at McGill in 2014 and remains an active lecturer at the undergraduate level.
