Dr. Tanner Dunlop is an orthopedic surgeon certified in orthopedic surgery by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, with fellowship training in sports medicine and upper extremity reconstruction. He completed his medical degree and his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Saskatchewan, followed by a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine and upper extremity reconstruction at the Pan Am Clinic through the University of Manitoba. His practice is focused on the upper limb, from the elbow to the hand.
Dr. Dunlop is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Saskatchewan. He has published peer-reviewed research on shoulder instability, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and joint replacement, including a review of first-time anterior shoulder dislocation and a cadaveric study of graft options in ACL reconstruction.
Dr. Dunlop sees patients privately at Acumen Clinic in Edmonton, with consultations available by video or in person and surgery performed at a private, non-hospital surgical centre. No referral is required.
