A recognized innovator in his field, Dr. Rodriguez-Elizalde was among the first surgeons to bring these advanced techniques to the Greater Toronto Area and continues to lead their evolution through education, research, and clinical practice. He serves as Fellowship Director for the Humber Hip and Knee Arthroplasty Program, training the next generation of surgeons while collaborating with top industry partners.

Trained at world-renowned institutions including the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York City and Toronto’s leading hospitals, Dr. Rodriguez-Elizalde holds multiple advanced fellowships in joint replacement and trauma surgery.

He also earned a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Toronto, giving him a unique perspective on optimizing surgical care, hospital efficiency, and patient experience.At the heart of his practice is a simple philosophy: deliver world-class, innovative joint care tailored to each patient’s needs — with safety, precision, and compassion.
