Dr. Otaky is a skilled general surgeon with extensive experience. As the Medical Director of VM Med, he has built the clinic's reputation for excellence in breast health for two decades.

Instrumental in establishing VM Med’s "rapid diagnostic" model, often allowing patients to receive imaging, biopsy, and surgical consultation within a single visit. Led VM Med to become the first centre in Quebec to earn American College of Radiology MRI accreditation.

He is a member of the Royal College of Physicians, the Collège des médecins du Québec, and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
