About

Ottawa Gatineau Imaging (OGI) is a private medical imaging network operating two clinics in Gatineau, Quebec, serving patients across the National Capital Region. OGI has been operating for more than 20 years and offers magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), full-body MRI, diagnostic ultrasound, and image-guided pain-management procedures. Its two clinics are Ottawa Valley MRI Centre (Gatineau – Hull) and St-Joseph MRI & Ultrasound (Gatineau).

Imaging Services

  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI): Diagnostic MRI of the brain, spine, joints, abdomen, and pelvis, ordered by the patient's referring physician.
  • Full-Body MRI: Multi-region MRI screening intended to support early detection of selected health conditions, ordered in coordination with the patient's physician.
  • Diagnostic Ultrasound: General diagnostic ultrasound across abdominal, pelvic, musculoskeletal, and vascular indications.
  • Ultrasound-Guided Injections: Image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic injections for joint and soft-tissue pain.
  • Fluoroscopy-Guided Injections: Real-time X-ray-guided spine and joint injections for selected pain indications.

MRI examinations require a written referral from a physician or eligible primary-care provider. Imaging reports are returned to the referring physician to support diagnosis and care planning.

OGI's two locations are within minutes of downtown Ottawa, on the Quebec side of the river. The clinics serve patients from Ottawa, Gatineau, and the broader Outaouais and Eastern Ontario regions.
