MINDS MRI Plus is a physician-led advanced imaging centre serving the Greater Toronto Area, based in Mississauga, Ontario. Built as an extension of MINDS—the Mississauga Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, MINDS MRI Plus combines private MRI access with subspecialist radiology interpretation and access to neurological expertise when findings need explanation, context, or next steps.
MINDS MRI Plus is designed for patients who want more than a scan. Alongside a premium, patient-centred imaging experience, the centre emphasizes clinically useful reporting that helps distinguish routine or benign findings from findings that may warrant follow-up with a patient’s healthcare team.
Whole-body MRI screening: Proactive, radiation-free imaging designed to provide a broad overview of major organ systems, including the brain, spine, abdomen, pelvis, and musculoskeletal structures.
Brain & neurological MRI: Imaging focused on brain and nervous system questions where high-quality imaging and expert interpretation matter.
Spine & musculoskeletal MRI: Detailed imaging of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, plus selected musculoskeletal concerns, including evaluation of degenerative change, suspected nerve compression, and injury-related questions.
Prostate, breast, abdomen & pelvis MRI: Targeted MRI for selected body regions where detailed soft-tissue evaluation is needed, including prostate MRI, breast MRI, abdominal MRI, and pelvic MRI.
Medicolegal, insurance & third-party imaging: MRI intended to support timely, carefully protocolled, clearly reported imaging for cases involving legal, insurance, employment, disability, workplace injury, and return-to-function questions.
MINDS MRI Plus was built as an extension of MINDS (Mississauga Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke), a neurological diagnostic centre in Mississauga, Ontario. The centre’s model is designed to integrate advanced imaging with clinical context—emphasizing interpretation and clarity alongside access.
MINDS MRI Plus reports the facility is accredited to ACR standards and complies with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards.
